NursePath is a study aid. It provides practice questions, explanations, and performance estimates for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for an accredited nursing program, clinical training, or your own preparation.

No guarantee of exam results

Using NursePath does not guarantee, promise, or imply that you will pass the NCLEX-RN, NCLEX-PN, or any other examination. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside this app's control. Readiness scores, "chance of passing" figures, and assessment results are statistical estimates of your practice performance inside this app; they are not predictions of your actual exam result and must not be relied on as such.

Not medical advice

Content in this app, including AI tutor responses, is for exam preparation only and is not medical, nursing, or professional advice for the care of real patients. Always follow your institution's policies, current clinical guidelines, and the direction of licensed providers in real clinical settings.

AI-generated explanations

Tutor answers and deeper explanations are generated by an AI model and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify anything that matters against current textbooks and guidelines.

Content accuracy and error reporting

Every question passes automated validation and an adversarial clinical review before release, and the bank is updated as guidelines change. Even so, no study resource is error free. If you believe an item is wrong or outdated, report it from the question screen or by email; verified corrections ship in app updates.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are 3-month auto-renewing subscriptions billed to your Apple Account through the App Store. Your plan renews at the price you locked in unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly. The free tier requires no purchase.

Retake extension offer

If you complete a paid plan, sit the exam during or within 30 days after your access period, and do not pass, we will add 3 months of the same plan at no charge, one time per customer. To claim it, send us your official NCLEX Candidate Performance Report within 60 days of your exam date. This offer is a goodwill policy, not a guarantee of any exam outcome, and may be modified or withdrawn for future purchases (never retroactively for a plan already purchased).

Your data and privacy

NursePath has no accounts and no tracking. Your study history, scores, and settings are stored only on your device and leave it only if you delete the app or use Apple's own backup. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details. If you use the AI tutor, your questions are sent to the AI provider to generate a response and are subject to that provider's privacy terms; do not include personal health information in tutor chats. Intellectual property

All questions, rationales, artwork, and other content are original works owned by NursePath and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to study with the content in this app. Copying, scraping, screenshotting at scale, republishing, or using the content to build or train another product or dataset is prohibited.

Provided as is; limitation of liability

NursePath is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NursePath and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

License

Use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
